A fresh page starts fresh
The planning tools do not use cookies or localStorage to save your draft. Their entries exist only in the current page. The clear controls remove the relevant entries immediately.
Downloads are separate
A visit note or access brief is generated only when you request a download. The website does not upload that file. A copy saved by your browser remains under your control.
Enquiries are server records
Submitting the separate enquiry form creates a server record. It is not a browser-saved planning draft. Read the privacy information for the details collected.
